Miss Caitlin will turn 5 on September 25th. She is our very loving, yet intense middle daughter. Caitlin is very sweet and can appear to be shy when one first meets her...but give her time to acclimate herself and her true fun and sweet personality will emerge. Caitlin likes to try new things, but is cautious in her approach. Caitlin will be entering her second year of pre-school this year and is very excited to start back to school.
Like Emily, Caitlin takes swim lessons and gymnastics at the YMCA. She seems to be made for swimming as she can complete her laps without much exertion. She also likes to draw, color, play dress up, play princess, and of course play (with Emily) the stalking lion, cheetah, or whatever might be the feline of the day. Caitlin has become a very good big sister to Michaela. She likes to help give her her bath and dress her. Caitlin also likes to help me cook---her specialty is helping me make blueberry pancakes---which the girls just LOVE!!!!
Caitlin continues to amaze us (and make us proud) on a daily basis with her sense of wonder and the sweet quiet ways that she expresses her love. What a wonderful gift from God she truly is to us.
